Pesto Cubes

Basil is hanging in there for a little longer, but now it a great time to preserve it. Make a batch of pesto and freeze it in an ice cube tray with a lid (there are some great ones at the checkout counter at Central Market).

The next time you are making pasta, pop a few out and warm them up.
